Error HRA-960348 appears in Performance Document instead of manager comments

Summary:

Hello,

We've found a text/error "HRA-960348" in place of manager comments in Performance Document.

Manager has put in comments for all his direct reports for evaluation of all their performance goals. Under all sections "Manager comments" in the performance documents we see the error HRA-960348. Actual comments have disappeared.

This affects 4 direct reports of one manager.

Has anyone encounter a similar issue?
