Responsive Self Service Procurement Implementation

Summary: Is there a document that has step by step tasks for implementation of this new feature? I've opt-ed in, ran the 4 jobs, 2 for catalog and the other ESS jobs for ingesting to OCSC and the daily scheduled job, and had our security team create the new roles with the privileges. But something isn't correct. I cannot select any Suppliers on the Requisition page. Nothing pre-populates when I click on the Supplier drop down. I cannot search or find anything.

Also, we only ever use Enter Requisition Line and do not use the Create Non Catalog feature and we do not use any catalogs or shopping lists. I really don't know how this is going to work for our business. I cant see a way to implement if the one main feature isn't coming out until 24C for Enter Requisition Line. In the meantime can someone explain why Suppliers aren't showing up? Also the Item Type descriptions do not seem to match our standard ones in the old UI. The verbiage is different. Thanks.
