Generic Password reset link in Custom Welcome email for Journeys

Hi,

We have set up a journey for which we have made a customized welcome email report that is sent to the workers, when the journey is assigned. We would like to include the password reset link in our welcome email. Is that feasible. If so, where do we obtain the password reset URL?

Can anyone please suggest.
