We have a service account of IT Helpdesk to which we want to assign a task for the team to create email id of an employee as soon as 'Add a Pending Worker' transaction is submitted by HR.

How can we achieve this?

The objective is: upon submission of 'Add a Pending Worker' task by HR, a mail should be triggered to the IT Helpdesk requesting them to create the email id for the person. Based on the email id shared in this task by IT Helpdesk, the HR has to add it as the employee's email id while converting the Pending Worker to Employee next.
