Automatic Performance rating

Summary:

Hello Team,

We have a requirement where the client wants the system to automatically give individual item ratings.

The idea is that, once the employee inputs the target and actual value in the goal measurement section, the system should automatically provide a rating for the item using the rating model attached to the performance template without another click from the employee during self-evaluation. Is this possible?
