Hi Team,

In Scheduled Process for Performance Goals Assign Goal plan - there is a value Effective Start Date. Whatdoes this signify. Because I gave this date as future dated but still the goal plan was assigned as soon asthe plan was run. 

Just wanted to understand what does the Effective date mean here : -
