Hi Team,
Greetings!
We have been observing the issues with the Archive and Purge Journeys Data ESS job.
We are not even able to put that schedule on hold as well. How can that be put on hold?
Questions -
Is there any way a journey gets archived even when the journey is still in progress? If yes - what is the mechanism to prevent that?
For existing employees whose journeys have moved to archive – is there a way we can update the data manually for the associated tasks?
