We have created a new Collections Strategy, Scoring Formula, Customer Profile Class and assigned them on Scoring and Strategy Assignment.

Then then have new transactions created then run the following processes.

1 Initialize and Load Collections Metrics

2 Incremental Load Collections Metrics

3 Refresh Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries

4 Collections Delinquency Management

5 Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment

6 Update Collections Summary Data

However, the strategy is not assigned to this customer profile in Collections

We have settings as per below. Could you advise is there anything else we should have done?
