Erroneously assigned journeys - Can we remove/archive tasks after changing user's AOR?
Summary:
We want to remove tasks from an employee for which those journeys were erroneously assigned, but we don't know if this will affect the journeys and the tasks that were correctly assigned
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We assigned journeys based on Area of Responsibility, but since there was an employee with an erroneous AOR assigned, those journeys were erroneously assigned to this employee. Then we changed the AOR of this employee, but the tasks of the assigned journeys are still there.
What happens if we archive or remove these tasks? Will this affect the correctly assigned journeys and tasks?
