Unable to un-tag previous performance document automatically.

Summary:

If eligibility changes from one condition to another, I am unable to automatically un-tag the previous performance document.

For example, under Eligibility A, an employee belongs to Department A until February 2024. Under Eligibility B, the same employee belongs to Department B from March 1, 2024.

The expected result is that the performance document for the previous February month should be removed after running the eligibility process, as the employee now falls under Eligibility B.

Is there a process to un-tag previous performance documents?
