Hello,
i am new to benefits. When i am trying to evaluate life event i am getting below error, tried to change start date and edit and try again.
Can someone please help on further steps
The coverage start date can't be determined. Review the plan design configuration to ensure the coverage start date is specified. (BEN-990168)
If the coverage start date is configured as enterable, ensure that the coverage is entered. If the plan design allows for a coverage start date formula, try revising the formula.
