Varaible Rate for Dependent based on the Gender of the dependent

Summary:

We have a requirement to setup variable rate for Dependents based on the Gender of the dependent.

The dependent eligibility profile does not have an option to specify Gender as criteria and also Dependent profile does not come up in the Eligibility Profile dropdown in the Variable Rate page.

Is there a work around to achieve this requirement.
