Lower priority tasks NOT moved out from tech route when higher priority task came in

We have business requirement to move low priority OFSC Activities from technician to assign high priority Activities (time sensitive, critical, emergency in nature) using routing engine. We have raised "SR 3-35955395621 : Lower priority Activities NOT moved out from tech route when higher priority Activity came in" and Oracle suggested to enable "Allow non-scheduled" feature for activity type of lower priority. However, moving ‘Scheduled Activity’ to ‘Non Scheduled’ bucket has few issues – for the business specific scenario there is clear demarcation between ‘Scheduled’ v/s ‘Non Scheduled’ Activities wherein Scheduled Activities are of Field Service in nature and Non scheduled are more for tracking Part Orders, Return Orders, Off Requests etc.
