How to capture interview adjustments for internal candidates

How do you capture whether a candidate requires adjustments for an interview for internal candidates? We do not want to capture this as a pre-screening question as it is the wrong place to ask, i.e. we do not screen candidates out based on this question. Extra Information section is not available (I believe) for internals which is where we ask it of externals. Any thoughts?

Definition of what I mean by Interview adjustments:

Interview adjustments can be made to accommodate candidates with disabilities or special needs. Some common adjustments include:

  • Sending questions and tasks in an email or document before the interview
