Calculate Quickpay fails to load after enabling Redwood

Summary:

We have enabled redwood profiles and we are now unable to successfully submit Calculate Quickpay to view the Statement of Earnings page. We have utilized several different Administrative Profile Values to attempt to resolve this issue. We encounter 504 error, believing we do not have the proper profile value enabled disallowing us to connect to the redwood server. Please advise as this is a high priority issue. We already have an Oracle SR open, but it is taking longer than anticipated.
