"Worker" option is not coming in the Approval Chain drop down of "Approve Performance Document" Rule

Hi All,

We are trying to update the approval workflow of "Approve Performance Document", we checked that the "Worker" option is not coming in the drop down of the Approval Chain section.

Can anyone please tell us how we can configure to add Worker as a drop down option ?
