Assigning Journeys - question regarding best practice

Hi,

Would like to ask community for best practice regarding assigning Journeys, and in particular automatically assigning.

Desire is for certain Journeys to be automatically assigned to new employees.

Following link on Oracle docs suggests that for Automated assigning, employment actions (including Hire an Employee) will assign Journeys and Tasks.

Therefore this is the approach that I have taken, and method to introduce this are provided by following example steps below.
