Hi We want to transition from one career site to another how it will affect candidate experience?

Hi All,
We are upgrading our career site and creating a new one instead of making changes to the existing one as we will be moving from Modern to Minimal Template as there are some CSS and customization we're testing in the Test environment right now once done we will import that in PROD but with that, we need to disable prior one and activate the new one so how will that affect candidate experience.
For example :
1)Their favorite requisition, saved requisition, or prior requisition history.
2)Overall candidate experience from one to another career site.
3)Accessibility
