Custom notifications in multiple languages

Hi,

my client wants to use the platform in two languages, Italian and English (the default language is Italian).

We have customised notifications relating to the approval process of goals.

Being custom notifications, we translated the layouts of the notifications into Italian and uploaded them to the report. When uploading, we set the value "Italian" in the "Local" field. The Italian layout is set to default.

The notification works correctly in Italian.

I tried to add the English layout in the template in order to have the same notification in English as well.

We cannot display the notification in English either. Is this normal behaviour of the platform? Is it not possible to have notifications in multiple languages simultaneously?
