How do we turn off FYI Notifications when an employee submits a goal or deletes a goal?

Summary:

I have disabled the worker notifications within the goal management notification settings (goal management); however, line managers are receiving approval notifications and FYI notifications. Is there a place where we can observe the FYI notification settings for goal submittal?
