How do I load Expense Credit Card Transactions downloaded from a bank from a Local Drive

Summary:

I need the ability to load Expense Credit Card Transactions from a Local Drive.

I am grabbing the file directly from the Bank and performing the load manually.

The ESS Job I did find for this requires a direct connection to the Bank / Card Provider.

Upload and Validate Corporate Card Transaction File

This ESS Process does not allow for a Manual File to be loaded.
