Mass Move to New Health Plan Tiers

Summary:

I am looking for best practice suggestions and insight into success with no data loss. Currently we have three benefit tiers (S/D/F) and are going to EE Only, EE + Family, EE + Spouse and EE + Child/ren.

Need to bridge single enrollment to EE only, etc.
