Competency level in Performance

Hi,

We have a scenario where competency level has to be entered by employees when they add a competency (part of performance template) and managers has to rate the competencies based on the level selected by employees.

Goals setting and adding competencies is the first step of Annual Appraisal process.

Is there any possibility to achieve this?
