As users' request, they would like to access to the OTBI page which could allow them to download the report in different format, how shall I be able to configure this requirement by using the checklist?

May I ask which task type i shall be able to use for configuration as checked that by using the report type, the report could only be seen in pdf format. However, user would like to review in word file type.
