Overall summary are not using manual manager rating
Hello everyone,
In the performance evaluation, our customer wants that although the calculation of the performance goals is 2.2, be able to put a 3 in the final evaluation and have it calculated in the overall summary.
The fact is that although the manager puts a different value, it does not use this rtaing to make the overall summary.
For example,
Corporate goals section (CG): 20%
- rating 3, so 3 x 0,2 = 0,6
Performance goals section (PG): 80%
- 3 goals with a rating of 2 points and weights of 70%, 20 and 10%, so
- (2 x 0,7) + (2 x 0,2) + (2 x 0,1) = 2; 2 x 0,8 = 1,6 final rating
- manager rates it as 4; 4 x 0,8 = 3,2 final rating
Overall summary:
- the application calculates it as: 0,6 (CG) + 1,6 (PG) = 2,2
