why not all the fields appear in the goal stroller

The only fields I see on the goal is

Goal Name

Goal Description

Priority

Status

Completion percentage

Success criteria

 

 

But you can see bwlow that I also create for this goal :

Level category and Subtype

Why cant we see it in the right side?

Can we change it? Is this the screen we cannot touch?
