Milestone Entitlement Rules report in Helpdesk

Currently under Subscription Management -> Entitlement Management -> Standard Coverage we have defined the template and under this we have created conditions (Category Name) and respective resolution metric . We would like to fetch this details in the form of report as we have around 800 categories available. Can anyone please provide the database table/subject area where the conditions and resolution details are stored.
