Oracle Customer Cloud Service Integration to Oracle Utilities to OFS, Outbound OFS-WACS/CSS

Summary:

We are expecting flow of service call from CSS to WACS and from WACS Activity would be pushed in OFS.

Now in response status update from OFS needs to shared to both WACS AND CSS.

Issue is want to understand how OFS will be bind to service call id as it would be having WO and Activity refrence.

and service call that would be generated from CSS can make WO in WACS which can make multiple activities in OFS.

So, how can OFS activity update be shared with CSS.

As in this case there is no direct integration from CSS to OFS .
