Time card 2 stages of approval - 1st level: Line Manager, 2nd level: Approval Group

Summary:

We currently have a single level of approval in place for time card submissions which means the notification goes to the requestor's Line Manager.

However, we now have the business requirement to also add a second line of approval which needs to include a group of users who are HRBPs in the organisation.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have been able to modify the BPM Worklist rule and add the following values:

The rule works in principle, however it seems that the Approval Group defined is being evaluated in a sequential manner (i.e. one user receives the notification and once they approve the request, it is then passed on to the next user). However, we need for this to be set to Parallel so all of the users included in the Approval Group receive the notification at the same time and once approved by any one user, the transaction should be completed.

Howdy, Stranger!
