How I can do to split the creation of customers?

Hello

For this implimentation project the client need to split the custumer creation on Oracle ERP Cloud. They need segurity on some tasks ,for example, one person should create the tax part of customer, but other should create the site of customer without can modified the tax part of customer.

Is there some this?
