What can ORC report on in form of data analytics for views and clicks?

Summary: Our marketing team is looking for the ability to report on clicks and analytics on candidate progression through the career portal and if/where they stopped the application process.

Is there a way to report on this? I know there is a pixel tracker but not sure if it will work for us in ORC or if it was for third party vendors to track.
