I would like to ask about the configuration of journeys for our customer: we currently have a journey with many tasks within (about 12) in some the performer is the employee, in others the performer is the HR representative. What we would like to achieve, is that the HR Representative can create a task as a result of a task assigned to himself, which allows him to attach a subscription letter following a change in the assignment (es.part time). Then the HR Representative should create a task to send to the employee with the letter as attachment. The employee in
