Requirement for Benefits Scheduled Processes

Summary:

We have few scheduled processes for Benefits which run on a daily basis. They are running fine and processing the life events when scheduled by a user.

When scheduled from an Admin profile(no person record attached, solely for scheduled jobs) it does not process the life events. They have similar roles.

What could be the reason for this? What are the requirements when scheduling the Benefits processes?
