Pending Actions - Not all showing

Summary:

We have several action items for our life events that kick off. The setups are all there, but what we are noticing is that it's not always showing all of the pending actions. For example, the spouse rule form is required for only Medical and Dental. Dependent National Identifier is required for all 3 plans, so is marriage certificate, but marriage certificate is only showing up for Vision. Not for the other two plans. I have rechecked all plans and they are all setup the same as far as the pending actions.

Is there a limit to how many are previewed when they are duplicated for plans?
