Requisition approval tasks are different formats

Summary:

Our requisition approvers are seeing different formats of their requisition approval task. We have not made any configuration changes that would cause this inconsistency. The issue started this week 3/25/24. This is only impacting some users. What is causing the different formats for requisition approval tasks?
