Custom Time Balance Property

Hi everyone!

Im having issues related to the Custom Time balance, ex;

When Applying custom Time Balance Property , please suggest the way to apply custom Time Balance Property for a member from account dimension?

For ex;

I have an unit account which is never share, and i need to keep the unit value flat even to YearTotal, its the same value for all quarters Q1, Q2, Q3 ,Q4 and there's value in Mar, Jun, Sep, Nov but when its "YearTotal" its adding all and get accumulated value when should me the same value for any period because its unit which its incorrect.
