Multiple HireRight Accounts - I9 Representative Issues With Task Section 2

Business has multiple HireRight Accounts. Each account has a unique integration code and account code. The I-9 tasks reference the appropriate integration code. The Checklist Integrations setup has Home Email as the "Employee Email Type" and the new hires only have their Home Email in the system and it is Primary. No changes to emails are done until the I9 process has completed.

However, for each I9 Representative who needs to complete the Section 2 Task receive different issues:

#1) I9 Rep for Journeys Preboarding Checklist Task (I9 Section 2) receives Error: "You cant complete this task because you don't have an account with the external service provider. Contact you HR representative. (PER-1532417)"
