Life event not getting triggered as per evaluation formula
Summary:
We have a Trigger Newhire and Rehire life event configured which uses an evaluation formula to evaluate LE as per some conditions. Lately, the evaluation is behaving inconsistently.
- An employee is hired.
- The Trigger Newhire Life event is added under potential Life events.
- When evaluated, the evaluated life event is 'Trigger Newhire' only. The expected LE is another new hire life event added in the evaluation formula for 'Trigger Newhire' LE.
- Once we back out and add the LE manually, it works as expected.
Do note: This is not happening for every new hire or rehire. It is very random. We are not able to find the exact solution to why this is happening. Especially when since the implementation, it has been working correctly until recently.
