Document records are showing up against HR Specialist DOR's

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Employee DORs are loading against HR Specialist Own DOR's.

We have Journeys created for onboarding process. As part of onboarding process i-9 form should be reviewed by HR and it has to be reviewed by employees. But all employees i-9 form is coming against HR Specialist.
