Is there a way to create some type of Pop-Up Alert that could warn Supervisors that there weren't any available agents on Chat (during our regular business hours)? It just isn't feasible to have a Supervisor constantly viewing our Chat Dashboard to adjust for proper coverage.

I haven't been able to find anything in regards to Rules or Configuration Settings.
