Creating Service Logistics header without asset details from OFSC

We have Work order created without asset number. It integrates to OFSC and when technician submits debrief, the charge header creation is failing in service logistics.

We found that the standard recipe in OIC have asset id field as mandatory. Is it possible to make this field as non mandatory in recipe?
