Hide Manager Calculated Rating after the calibration process

Summary:

Performance Calibration.

 

We have following requirements with respect to Performance Rating.

1. When the document status is not complete, we need to show the Calculated Rating of the employee and hide the calibrated rating.

2. When the document status is complete, we need to show the calibrated ratings and hide the Calculated rating.

 

Employee should only see the calibrated ratings on their performance document after sharing with the employee.

How can we achieve this.

we need this in both cases in the employee level and manager level
