Opportunity Marketplace Redwood ESS Job Info page displaying empty regions

Once the enhanced Redwood pages are enabled for ESS Opportunity Marketplace, certain regions now appear which are blank.

In the responsive pages the regions below are not displayed if the sections are left blank during the requisition being created. However, on the Redwood page for Job Info the below is now displaying:

As our organisation doesn't utilise those sections we are not expecting for them to suddenly start appearing on the enhanced page?
