How to hide Evaluate button when it is not useful?

Hi community,

In the performance document, during the self evaluation phase, we want the employee to evaluate only the section Competenze, however the button Evaluate is present in all the other sections even though if the employee clicks there he cannot evaluate. This is misleading for the employee but if I hide the button with PC it disappears everywhere, where it is useful too.

How can I hide the button Evaluate where it is not useful for the employee?

At the same time, I would like to hide Employee calculated rating
