Common individual goal and unique evaluation

Hi team,

we are facing a request from our client that has asked the possibility for a manager to assign the same individual goal to her/his subordinates, followed by a single comprehensive evaluation that applies to all.

Have you ever dealt with such requests? If yes, can you provide us with information on how you handled it?
