Not getting full sickness pay
Summary:
We have a colleague who was left in (2022) and re-hired again in (2023) and is eligible for 5 days of full pay (Occupation Pay) based of his latest hire date. But when we evaluate the absence the system show only 2 days as eligible for full pay instead of 5. During our investigation we noticed in the Occupation Plan we created for Sickness, we have set Plan term type as rolling backward for 4 years. So the system is taking all the absence he has is the last 4 years instead of the one submitted after re-hire. Is it
