Cloud Bi Publisher - BIP bursting not sending emails

Hi All,

I am using Oracle Analytics Publisher and have built a report and associated data model, with a bursting query. I want to schedule the report to be sent to email recipients, as defined in the bursting query (below). No matter what I do, I cannot get the emails to send.


Oracle version:

Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

24A (11.13.24.01.0)


Oracle Analytics Publisher Version:

12.2.6.1.9


I have setup the bursting query, ticked 'enable bursting' in the report properties and scheduled the report via Scheduled Processes.

The output is successful; however the emails are just not sent.

nb. I notice that when I create the schedule via Scheduled Processes, the 'Send' icon next to each item in the Output is greyed out, so I cannot even click it to send an email manually.
