Termination life event not detected after "End of Temporary Global Assignment" (Repatriation)

Summary:

We have data change defined as follows. it is based on PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE table and ACTUAL_TERMINATION_DATE column.

It never goes into the formula even though the the actual termination date is populated after "End of Temporary Global Assignment" (Repatriation) action

Even if we remove formula, it does not trigger.

Even if we change it to "Any Value to Any Value" it is not detected.
