Can we Implement Recruiting Booster only for one Country/Legal Entity?

We are currently implementing Oracle Recruiting Module for only one Legal Entity based off in United States. Is there a possibility to Implement Recruiting Boosted only for United States LE or is that needs to be implemented to entire Enterprise?
