Error message appears while trying to complete the 'Request more info' form via email link

Summary:

We have a 'Req more info' form in the system. this is sent to the external candidates via the 'Automated Job Application Request Info Notification'. When candidate clicks on the link in the email, verifies the otp and fills the form, the screen automatically gets refreshed after filling out a couple of responses and throws an error message.
